These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kordox (the "Service"), operated by Braineetech ("Kordox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Kordox is a platform for running a business — combining work management with financial visibility across one or more ventures, plus optional integrations (payments, e-commerce, ads, email). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe others' rights; (b) upload malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) send spam or abuse connected email/messaging; (d) resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted; or (e) exceed or circumvent plan limits or rate limits.
You retain all rights to the data and content you put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the data you connect or upload.
When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Stripe, Shopify, Google, Microsoft), your use of that service is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. You authorize us to access and process data from those services to provide the features you enable.
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up or checkout (via Stripe), on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Free tiers may have usage limits and are provided "as is".
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our IP except the limited right to use the Service. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then may delete it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs (e.g. insights, drafts, anomaly alerts) are accurate. Kordox is not an accountant, financial advisor, or legal advisor; outputs are informational and not professional advice. Verify important decisions independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if greater than what you paid).
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date, and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Braineetech's principal place of business, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts there, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
